The layout of the apartment
The location and the view make this apartment a beautiful and sociable place, perfect for your holiday! The neighborhood has it all: beaches, shops, restaurants, nightlife, supermarkets etcetera. You enter the main entrance on the side of the property. The apartment is on the top (third) floor and accessible by elevator or via the stairs. The apartment has its own parking space. Parking is also possible around the building or in the immediate vicinity.
You enter the apartment in the spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen has an ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, kettle and lots of crockery, cutlery etcetera.
The living room has a comfortable seating area overlooking the sea. Furthermore, the seating area consists of a widescreen TV with access to almost all international and streaming channels. The apartment has an internet connection via Wi-Fi. The living room also has a large dining table for four persons.
The apartment has two bedrooms. A bedroom with double bed of 180x200cm with a door to the roof terrace and a bedroom with two single beds of 90x200cm (can be pushed together into a large double bed). A baby bed (cot) can be provided for.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, wide sink and two drawers, floating toilet and a washing machine. All rooms do have air-conditioning. Linen and bathrobes are included.
You enter the beautiful roof terrace through the glass sliding doors which also has a screen door. Here you can enjoy the view on the sunbeds! The roof terrace consists of a spacious heated jacuzzi for 4 persons, an outdoor shower and a beautiful hardwood pergola that provide shade. The roof terrace has a glass balustrade at the front so that you can look out from both inside and out on the magical Mediterranean blue sea. Furthermore, the roof terrace also offers a lot of privacy due to the beautifully designed hardwood shutter fence.

The whole apartment with roof terrace is exclusively for your company! It doesn’t have to be shared with anyone else! You get privacy, intimacy, peace and quiet and also all the bustling that Hersonissos has to offer is close by. Renting the apartment is only possible for people older than 24 years. A valid ID must be presented upon check-in.
Check-in is possible from 15:00 p.m. Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. Smoking, drug use, making a nuisance for local residents and pets are not allowed in the apartment. There is a general deposit of 300 euros and 75 euros for the key of the apartment.
After booking you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The deposit of at least 50% of the amount must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid one month before the start. This can be done by transferring the amount to bank account number NL77INGB0000700817 in the name of Manolis Trading BV, please enter your reservation number. (BIC RABONL2U). No confirmation of the payments will be sent. Your bank statement is your proof. If the arrival date at the time of booking falls within this month, the full amount must be paid immediately.

Deposit:
A deposit of € 300.00 must be paid one month before the start, which will be refunded if the apartment has been left tidy and has not suffered any damage.
Cancellation:
It can always happen that the reservation has to be cancelled due to circumstances. You must inform us of this in writing (by email: cmsopassoudakis@gmail.com) whereby the following refund scheme is used:
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before reservation date, a refund of 100% will be made.
In case of cancellation from 30 days to 5 days before reservation date, a refund of 50% will be made.
In case of cancellation from 5 days before reservation date, no refund will be made.
